Upcoming Nokia N900 features discussed

NokiaThe upcoming Nokia N900 smartphone has continued to impress one specialist website.

Following an article for the same online news resource, which closely follows the latest devices and developments at the Finnish electronics firm, more features have been discussed which may interest consumers.

Nokia Conversations previously pointed out that the intuitive aspects of the N900 become more apparent the more they are played with, but added this week that there are some other facilities worthy of note.

In addition to a handy kickstand, the site highlighted the phone's web browser, which has an autofill option to take the pain out of repeatedly filling details on online forms and the ability to search keywords in the URL bar.

The piece also drew attention to some of the quirky audio options that give the touchscreen smartphone a little bit more character.

"My personal favourite is the neat sound the N900 makes when you plug it in to recharge – the moment it starts sucking power it creates a cool mechanical noise like it's just received a power-up in a game," it concluded.

The device is strongly rumoured to hit stores before Christmas, but Nokia has yet to issue a confirmed date.

Are you looking forward to seeing the N900?
