Elsewhere, 3 Mobile announced it would be offering the Sony Ericsson Satio on its network, allowing customers the chance get their hands on the first 12-megapixel camera phone to hit the market.
"From spectacular fireworks to embarrassing Halloween customers, autumn is full of picture-prefect occasions, so its the perfect time to snap up a Satio," the operator said.
And finally, Motorola issued a statement this week detailing the second in its line up of Google Android-powered smartphones, the DROID which will debut the 2.0 version of the operating system.
